Shipping & Processing

All of your orders are designed, processed and packaged in house at our warehouse in Los Angeles. 

Your selected shipping time is once your parcel is handed to the postal service. We are a small business run by two people that have to get through thousands of orders during each drop. We are not Amazon and we like it that way :) Thank you for your patience and understand!

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges with the exception of the product being damaged in transit (i.e. ripped or torn). If there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email (webers.resupply@gmail.com) with your order number and details regarding the problem with your order within 14 days of delivery. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically within 3 -5 business days. Thank you!
