All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges with the exception of the product being damaged in transit (i.e. ripped or torn). All Botched & Beautiful Sales are final. If there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email (webers.resupply@gmail.com) with your order number and details regarding the problem with your order within 14 days of delivery.
